Who has never needed to find a specialist easily?

When we need to find a healthcare professional, what do we use these days?

Obviously, like me, you are familiar with Doctolib. Thanks to their app, you can easily find a healthcare professional near you and request an appointment with just a few clicks.

So let’s go to talk about the flow of Doctolib.

Does the app keep its promise when you use it?

Here, you see some screenshots of Doctolib.

You can observe a very simple user flow made of 7 consecutive screens. The visual of the app is simple, intuitive, and pleasant. Each UI element (buttons, dropdown by touching, text input fields, toggles) is interesting and relevant.

In this example, the task is simple: make an appointment with one of the doctors from my healthcare team. With one click on my profile, I can view my past appointments, and choose to resume an appointment. Everything is well-structured visually. In a glance, and a few clicks, I easily manage to resume meeting with one of my doctors.

Conclusion:

Why Doctolib?

Because when you use this app, the application keeps its promise.

Just in a few glances, you understand easily how you can quickly find a specialist near you and make an appointment for free online in a few clicks.

And now, some wireframing screens

I focused on an other flow of this same application.

Wooh, here you see how it is very easy to use the app, and so well organized .

From the second screen, you find your profile :

  • You can change your information’ profile,
  • And if not, you can go on your “appointments” to choose if you want to take a new appointment, or take again an appointment with a health professional you have already seen.

Testing this application and ranking it was very pleasant.
